Terms and Conditions Magazine Publishers Association of South Africa (MPASA) Introduction
This site (“the Site”) is owned and operated by MPASA Many areas of this Site are accessible to all visitors but certain areas have restricted access for members of MPASA only. MPASA reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access and use of this Site, with or without notice.
All intellectual property rights in the Site and its content, including but not limited to trademarks, data software, source code, databases, text, graphics, icons, hyperlinks, private information, and designs are the property of or licensed to MPASA, and are protected from unauthorised use and/or infringement.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The intellectual property rights in all content, information, services and/or software vesting in MPASA shall continue to vest in MPASA or such other third party as the case may be and no right, title or interest in any proprietary material or information contained in this Site is granted to you.

MPASA hereby grants permission to any person to view the Site, and copy, print and use any document and images presented on the Site, subject to the following conditions:

Technical disruptions
Disruptions caused by technical errors, viruses or other disabling phenomena are aimed to be kept to a minimum. "Technical disruption" means distribution of unsolicited advertising or chain letters, propagation of computer worms, viruses or other harmful code, and/or use of the Site to gain unauthorised entry to any hardware item accessible via the Site. The possibility does exist, however, that some data or information on this Site may have been created or structured in files or formats that are not error free and we cannot guarantee that this will not impact on the Site. MPASA does not accept any responsibility for any problems you may encounter as a result of using this Site or any linked external sites.
Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are to be governed by and construed according to South African law and the parties agree to submit any disputes to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
